Hi,
I've some applets configured on IFTTT that usually were working without problems but since yesterday evening I started having some problem on Somfy Service.
The only message I can see is:
"The Somfy Protect service or its API may temporarily be down."
Is this something you're aware? Is there an estimation on time when the service will be up and running again?

Hello Matteo,
yesterday in the afternoon, between 16.45 and 17.15, Protect's server goes down.
After this time, server restart working properly.

Clicking on "Check now" on IFTTT applet I'm still getting error...but IFTTT only show the mentioned message.
So it my only case that has problem on ifttt connection?

I checked another time after your claim but I can confirm that problem was solved(al least from Somfy side).

Thank you for the support...creating a new applet from scratch I was able to see a new error message:
"Somfy Protect error: Error contacting redis server."
Don't know if this is meaningful for you...

I suppose that error doesn't come from Somfy Protect.
You can try to disconnect Somfy's Account from IFTTT, therefore connect it again.
Also you can use another Applet created by other user(just to see if works properly).

Thank you for the suggestion, I guess the problem was on IFTTT side then. Since yesterday evening the "connection" got working well again.
